Delivery times

For orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day.

  • Standard Tracked delivery 2-4 working days up to 1.9kg £3.99
  • Standard Tracked delivery 2-4 working days from 2kg £6.99
  • Express Tracked delivery 1-3 working days up to 1.9kg £4.99

  • Express Tracked delivery 1-3 working days from 2kg £7.99

Personalised/custom orders can take an extra processing time of up to three days. If you order on a bank holiday we'll start your order on the next working day.

The estimated delivery date will be shown in checkout once you enter your address and pick a delivery option.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are temporarily suspended due to issues with duties and taxes.

 

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.   We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver your products to a work address, a friend or a relative.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Unfortunately, not all couriers will deliver on Saturdays or may charge a little more for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. If Saturday delivery is a guaranteed option, it will display this on the Delivery Options page.

We always make every effort to despatch goods within the specified timescale. Fortunately, it’s not very often but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept any liability for late delivery. This applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We do not accept any liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. This includes any act of God, war, strike, lockout or other industrial dispute, fire, flood, drought, legislation or any other cause beyond our control.
    
Some deliveries that are required outside mainland UK are not covered by our usual postal service. Therefore we reserve the right to contact you and make you aware of any additional postal charges. We also reserve the right to use any packaging materials we consider fit for purpose of protecting the product during transit.
  
If the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 28 days of placing the order, Gift Original Ltd accept no liability unless you have informed us by email during this period.
